1. Information We Collect

Identifiers

We may collect a server-assigned player ID, authentication tokens, a device identifier, and, where permitted and authorized by you, an advertising identifier. These identifiers help us operate your accountless game profile, maintain sessions, prevent abuse, and associate your progress with your device.

Gameplay and online-service data

We process game progress, inventory, currencies, upgrades, mission results, settings, multiplayer room and matchmaking information, and other gameplay data required to provide the Game.

Analytics and usage data

We collect events such as app launches, feature use, progress events, interactions, session information, app version, device type, operating system, and approximate location derived from network information. We use this data to understand how the Game is used and improve its balance, reliability, and features.

Diagnostics

We may collect error messages, crash information, and related technical diagnostics to identify and fix problems.

Purchases

If in-app purchases are available, we may receive product, transaction status, and purchase-history information needed to deliver items, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support. Payment-card information is processed by the applicable app store and is not received by us.

Support communications

If you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your email address, player ID, message, and attachments, to respond to your request.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide authentication, online saves, multiplayer, and other game functionality.
• Maintain game progress and deliver virtual items.
• Analyze use of the Game and improve gameplay and user experience.
• Diagnose technical issues and protect the security and integrity of our services.
• Respond to support, privacy, and data-deletion requests.
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.

3. Third-Party Services

We use GameAnalytics to measure gameplay events, sessions, technical information, and errors. GameAnalytics may process device and usage information on our behalf. Its handling of information is also governed by its own privacy terms.

Platform providers, hosting providers, and network-service providers may process limited information as necessary to operate downloads, purchases, game servers, storage, and delivery infrastructure.

4. Tracking and Your Choices

On iOS, the Game may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing information used for tracking. You may deny this request or change your choice in iOS Settings. Denying tracking permission does not prevent you from using the Game’s core features.

You can also limit analytics or tracking through device-level privacy settings where those controls are available.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and why it is processed. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where it no longer identifies a player.

6. Data Security and International Processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

7. Children’s Privacy

Night Brawl is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal information. To make a request, email us and include your Player ID, which is available in the Game’s settings page. We may ask for additional information to verify that the request relates to your game profile.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Game or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game where appropriate.

三、第三方服务

我们使用 GameAnalytics 统计游戏事件、会话、技术信息和错误。GameAnalytics 可能代表我们处理设备与使用信息，其处理行为同时受其自身隐私条款约束。

平台提供商、托管服务商和网络服务商可能会在提供下载、购买、游戏服务器、存储及内容分发服务所必需的范围内处理有限信息。

四、跟踪与您的选择

在 iOS 上，本游戏可能会在访问用于跟踪的信息前，通过 Apple 的“应用跟踪透明度”框架请求您的许可。您可以拒绝该请求，也可以在 iOS 设置中更改选择。拒绝跟踪许可不会影响您使用游戏的核心功能。

在设备提供相关选项时，您也可以通过系统隐私设置限制分析或跟踪。

五、数据保存

我们仅在提供游戏、维护安全、履行法律义务、解决争议和执行协议所合理必要的期限内保存信息。保存期限会根据信息类型和处理目的而有所不同。对于已经无法识别玩家身份的去标识化或汇总信息，我们可能继续保留。
